Stop the Frantic; Start the Mindful

Frantic is attempting to accomplish a thing in one day or one afternoon or in one sitting.

Mindful is planning out the next six months to accomplish a better thing.

Frantic is sabotaging yourself by thinking you’re never going to do it perfectly.

Mindful is realizing that you will make many mistakes and you will adjust as you go along, but you will not give up.

Frantic is comparing your work to that of a master in your field.

Mindful is remembering that the masters had to start somewhere and you are at the start.

What will you be today?
